Here is a list of where you can follow us if you are a fan. Some are used more than others, but don't dismiss something that looks like it hasn't been used in a while, new things are comming.

We don't want to bombard you, but we do want to communicate with you, where you are. So if we missed your favorite social media outlet, let us know, we may just live in a bubble and not know about it, or as an oversite, forgot to link it.

I'll start with our blog. HEY GUESS WHAT!!! you can find us right here.  And we thank so so much for stopping by. This is a little more of a candid look into our lives and opinions on things. I am told no one reads blogs anymore, i think maybe they are wrong.

We have a youtube account, right now it has 1 upload, of my hedgie playing. There are no subscribers but we are putting together some videos now and want to use it. I love youtube. I watch it all the time, i like it better than tv.

I am most definately on pinterest.  i love it. I use it at work, I have a board with things from my shop, please check them out, and please visit my shop and pin other things as well. This morning i moved my pinterest from being personal, to from my shop. Basically my name changed, but we do alot with scouts and camping, always fun to see what people do in their 'real' lives.

We are on facebook. Here we try to keep the most up to date info on our shop. Whats going on, whats new, whats promoted. I wish people would be a little more involved on here. Visit us, comment, share, add fan photos, i'm on here almost daily, and get every notification instantly thanks to my ipad. Its easy for me to use this app at work, so it's a really easy way to contact us, and share ideas and awesomeness. And i don't constantly post 30 times a day stuff to buy from me like some fan pages do.


Shoot us a tweet once in a while, I love that theres limited characters. it forces people to pick their words carefully, and i dont have to read through rambles such as this blog post right here

Troubled Tuesday

For all you photoshop users out there, I envy you. Not because photoshop is insanly expansive, but because I'm betting your program doesn't shut down on you every 5 minutes. We (Jessie) had the pleasure of taking a class in photoshop as a B.S. credit filler in college. Therefore, both NEEDING photoshop and getting a nice student discount. So of course we use it to design our graphics for both our shop and our buttons and things. But we have the misfortune of having photoshop elements 7, and my weird computer which for some reason today, decided to forget how to turn it's screen on today. Elements 7 has some well known glitches, but of the computers we have it installed on, mine seems to have the most problems. The program has shut down on me numberous times today. So for the last 5 hours i have been trying to update our banners in numberous sizes, not that hard, all relatively the same graphics just different sizes and arrangments, too bad that i've only gotten 3 done because this program wont cooperate. GRRRR. For all those who have an etsy shop, you feel our pain getting all this coordinated. For all of those who just shop on etsy, always be curtious to the shop holder. The probably put in enough hours to make it a full time job, with little to no pay for it, until their shop hits it big, and guess what.... most shop owners don't make it big, they do it for the love of their craft. So don't forget to stop by our shop, just to check it out, or find us on facebook and keep in touch with us, because not only do we BOTH work our day jobs, we put in 50 hours a week for this etsy business, no matter how frustrating.

insomnia mania

So i can't sleep.
technically its 2:30 AM on saturday. Friday i essentially got nothing done. No pics edited, no listings listed, no blog posted and no facebook update. Why? because i went to the store and by the time i got back it was time to leave again... so much for setting aside assigned time to work on this stuff!

Anyway, i wanted to share what i got goin on.

I made these little harry potter charms/pendants a while back, i just wasn't sure what to do with them. I was trying to get them earring sized but alas.... they would be mis-matched earrings since i'll never get another set the same size.

What should i do with them?

They are about an inch tall.
They would make awesome necklaces....

or earrings. Think about it... Dumbledore/Snape Harry/voldemort Ron/hermione... and no one wants draco.... lol.  OH LOOKIE... thats how i lined them up!

I just noticed the glare makes harry look one eyed. I assure you it's there. you know what's not there? HIS GLASSES!!! i envisioned him without glasses in the clay, and simply i wasn't puting many features on. but now i find he looks odd... maybe i'll fix that!

I'm still open to suggestions.

So the countdown to the LAST Harry Potter movie is on.

I was surfing around ETSY one day, looking for teams to join and lo and behold... no HP team?
WHAT?
How did that happen? especially when so many artists sell Harry potter items.

So I decided sure... i'd start the team...

turns out, out of all the teams i've founded (i believe i'm up to 3 now) this one is the only on REALLY taking off!

I think i'm going to roll with it. REALLY trying to make this store as much of a success as i can and part of that is building a solid community around me.

I am also simply tickled when i look at the user names of the people who joined! i've has the same SN since i was 14 (i'm 27) and I don't think I could think up another one if i wanted to. I cant even name my pets. I had a fish named FISH
and hedgies from a rescue and they came with names already!
sheesh... someone help me if i ever have kids! I'll name them kid 1, and kid 2, and get them those sweatshirts from ocean city that look like something from Dr. Seuss!

So our shop's twitter account has been suspended for the last few weeks.We were hacked. I finally got it all resolved. I can't delete alot of the posts though. Some are refusing to be deleted, and others.... theres just too many.

I am also wondering... What do I need to do, to promote myself? What makes it better to follow?
